Stanley TDM is a website designed to calculate TDM parameters for various drugs. All of the calculation and formulas are based on Clinical Pharmacokinetics Handbook of Malaysia (2nd Edition).
Stanley TDM is determined to provide users a user-friendly interface with counter-error measures. Stanley TDM also ensure every formula and algorithm used to perform calculation is accurate and precise.
The accuracy of calculation result depends on user inputed data. If the inputed data is wrong, the calculation results are definetly wrong. Error in calculation results may interfere accurate clinical judgement and harm patients.
By using our service, user acknowledges that user should be fully responsible for all clinical decisions he/she made, regardless of using Stanley TDM Calculator or not.
Stanley TDM is not responsible for any clinical misjudgement, faulty clinical recommendations, faulty calculation results, and any harm caused to patient.
Users should be fully responsible for patient's welfare. It is recommended to validate Stanley TDM calculation results with manual calculation first at the beginning to get a sense of how Stanley TDM works
Validating Stanley TDM calculation results with manual calculation at the beginning also enable you to detect bugs in the system. Although, honestly, I myself have tested it hundereds of times and have 100% confidence that it does the calculation 100% correctly before publishing it.
